When you request an estimate, contact us or create an account, we collect the details you provide: name, facility name, phone, email, facility address, facility type, approximate square footage, service preferences, messages and any photos you upload.

We use your information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, manage memberships and referrals, provide documentation of completed work and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos you upload with a request are visible only to you and our team. Before-and-after documentation of your facility is attached privately to your account. We publish images in our public gallery only when chosen by our team, and we avoid showing identifying people or information.

The free-cleaning offer requires permission to film for marketing purposes. Our team arranges filming permission directly before filming; creating an account or submitting an estimate request does not itself grant that permission.

Account sign-in is handled by a third-party authentication provider. Member-only information, including member pricing, is protected by server-side authorization checks.

If email notifications are configured, we may email you a confirmation of your request and service updates.

You may update your profile in your account, cancel your membership at any time, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep for legal or business purposes.
